National Tool Fair 2018 #Powerup!

The National Tool Fair was held last Saturday 29th September 2018 at The Palace Hotel Sliema. The aim of the Tool Fair is to promote quality in youth work and support capacity building of youth workers. Taking up this challenge and being proactive in creating this change, EUPA and Agenzija Zghazagh have once again partnered up to ensure a continuous growth and success of the National Tool Fair.

The 3rd National Tool Fair has been a great opportunity for participants to shape educational and experiential pathways, to run a workshop and to share tools for learning with colleagues, as well as to participate in workshops conducted by peers. Selected trainers presenting their tools came from established entities including Agenzija Zghazagh, Prisms, ZAK and Dyslexia Teens Dialogue. Beyond merely experiencing a wide variety of tools for learning, the Tool Fair provided a space to reflect on tools, give and receive feedback, pave the way for their transferability and further development. Participants in the National Tool Fair entered the opportunity to participate in the International Tool Fair in November, whereby 125 participants from over 30 countries will be sharing and discussing their Tools for Learning in Split, Croatia.

The National Tool Fair 2018 focused the topic selected for the International TOOL FAIR XIII - #Powerup! – focusing on Human rights, Active Participation, Intercultural Dialogue, Social Inclusion and Mental Health through innovative youth work approaches.
